One Pay Stub with YTD Earnings
Last 2 Years of Business and Personal Tax Returns (Self Employed)
Social Security or Pension (If Applicable)
2 Months Bank Statements ( Each account that you are utilizing for Down Payment and Closing Costs)
Copy of Driver’s License (Front and Back)
