Joe and Marni did an unbelievable job in handling my condo purchase. It turns out the building, I was purchasing in, lost its Fannie Mae status. With Joe's experience and know how he was able to get the building reinstated for Fannie Mae eligibility. This allowed me to successful close on my purchase.
