As of March 15th, the National Association of Realtors (NAR ) has agreed to settle a series of lawsuits. The deal would end a multitude of legal claims from home sellers who argued that the rules forced them to pay excessive fees. The agreement is anticipated to be filed within weeks as it still needs federal court approval.
